You’ve been working hard lately, so why not take a few moments to reflect on something you’ve done for yourself recently? Maybe it was a long walk in the park or a luxurious bath with your favorite bath bombs. Maybe it was just taking a few minutes out of your day to read a book or watch your favorite show.
