What are three words to describe your parenting this week? Does it align with your intention from Monday?

As you sit down to reflect on your week of parenting, take a moment to consider what three words you would use to describe your parenting style. Perhaps you were patient, creative, and engaged, or maybe you found yourself feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or reactive. Whatever the case may be, take a deep breath and acknowledge yourself for showing up and doing your best, even on the tough days.

Think back to Monday when you set your intention for the week ahead. Did the way you showed up as a parent align with that intention, or did you find yourself struggling to stay on track? Remember that it's okay to make mistakes and to have days where things don't go as planned. What matters most is that you stay present and keep showing up, even when it's hard.

As you take a moment to reflect on your parenting this week, consider what worked well and what you'd like to improve upon. Did you take time to connect with your child, to listen deeply to their thoughts and feelings? Did you set clear boundaries and expectations, or did you find yourself getting frustrated and reacting out of habit? By taking the time to reflect and assess your parenting, you'll be better equipped to make positive changes and continue growing as a parent.
